Nice video for sure! One question, do you just take back straps and a hind leg and leave the rest out there? Are you going back next day for the rest! Up here you would have to go back for the rest for sure lol!

Yeah, i did only take the one rear an the two straps... i couldnt take much more an the bro is useless..... it wouldnt of even crossed his mind to lug a leg out.

the herd has been dramatically slashed lately, most of them have been shot an left to rot by contract shooters and also a helicopter company...

yeaaa, You guys would 'slapa man' down here for what gets done an how they treat the game animal... Most of the aussie hunters these days are just shooting their heads and leaving the rest, a real stag mentality due to the Govt attempt at erradication, so alot of the 'hunters' are in a get em before they do mindset.

this particular is a patch of public land, land locked, an im one of a handful of hunters who shoot it.... the sambar hide in the bush more an not in paddocks, i think we had 6 come thru... so they need to be sorted out a little bit inthat bush an takin what i could is all good, none of the above is illegal here however.

No worries but yeah its HUGELY different..... ours are seen simply as 'pest' by the Govt etc....... an unfotunatley by most of the shooters.

You guys and the United states, Created Law to protect what these clowns wanna do....
 
I guess orange or bright clothing isn't required over there. Do you feel unsafe in any way?

its not required but recommended , I actually done a run of Blaze Orange Caps and Sold to budding hunters just earlier this Year :)


So this land is landlocked, so i know whos in there an when :), well most of the time, i also mostly only hunt mid week now days so it is not busy, if i go into other open forest ill wear the Cap always..... but i dont always wear Blaze.... i have also other items like a long jacket, i wear in winter when the bush is busy, coming into summer here,,,everyones out fishing ha ha , leaves the bush nice an quiet for me.
