1301 magazine extension

i,m 100% sure our staff have replyed to you.
there was a mix up in packaging with the benelli nova v benelli M2 tubes.
we have had 4 clients wit hthis issue this last few weeks.
any mistake by us the costs will be covered by us.
at the moment we are out of the nova +3, which we were un aware of as we have about 30 mis packaged with benelli m2 tubes
again return any products with details of what happned and we will take cear of it.
at the moment we have avaliable benelli nova +2 but no +3

It'll be returned to you tomorrow with a detailed note about how my original October 10th order was "returned to sender" because of an incomplete address?, and the how the 2nd order attempt was mispackaged. FYI your staff no made offer to reserve a +3 Nova extension for me and no idea as to when they would be available again. I was fine with you holding onto my money if the +3 is in production. The impression I was left with was that maybe you guys aren't making these anymore and are just clearing out old stock?

we are making them, but we currently make 187 different products and 22 for other gun companies, so not all of the items are big sellers, and its always based on what guns are available at the time, so its hard to predict how quickly things will sell out
we will refund you and let you know when we have more, which looks like some tine in jan/feb.
but again we do have some +2 nova in stock, and can confirm that they are nova, not m2

Canada post tracking states my return was received by S&J on the 19th of November...
 
Mistakes happen, and things can go sideways for any number of reasons. How we deal with adversities makes all the difference. S&J is making things right by refunding my VISA all my return shipping costs. They've even found a +3 Nova extension and are expediting it to me!

Thank-you S&J...I'm really looking forward to completing this shotgun build :d
