Little more info on what you have and want done would be good. Do you mean an NEF?
From what I have read, barrels are available in the US, but you'd likely have to have a NEF dealer up here order it in for you.
EDIT: upon further reading, it looks like H&R want you to send them your receiver for fitting, more work than they're worth.
