AR Pattern Magazine Recommendations

Hello - I am looking at picking up a Ruger American Ranch in 223 and just wondered what you would recommend for a 10 round pistol mags as in stock pickings are currently slim. Saw a few on the EE but would appreciate an opinion.
Perhaps specifically what ones you would avoid or have had QC issues with would be helpful as well. Searching this forum brought up OKAY mags as good but they are currently out of stock.

These Cross Magazines are currently all the rage.

$55 for two 10-round pistol magazines, with a built in coupler.

Sorry - I should have specified the 10 rounders...the 5/30 would hang down a bit too much for my tastes

You can keep the 10/10 cross mags separate if you want, that's probably the best bang for your buck.

Resurrecting an old thread - Anyone own & recommend the C Products Defense LAR-15 .223/5.56 NATO 10 Round Pistol Magazine? Seems to be the only ones available at the moment and some friends & I were looking for a couple more.

The 10 round pistol magazines have positive reviews but reviews for their 30 rounder pinned models are not good - lots of problems with feeding jams.

They're OK, but the Cross mags are better.
I've had 2 followers break on my c-products 10rders simply by dropping the empty mag on the floor. Apparently pretty brittle.

I'd love it if Cross would offer flat baseplates without the coupling mech.
They're awesome mags on their own even without the coupling feature.
How about it Cross? 2 packs of smooth bottom baseplates? I'd buy 'em!

I've had bad luck with the cross mags, they are one of the only type of magazine that have given me issues
