Remington 870 12 1/2 inch barrel

^ 10” for the MCS is the smallest they’ve made. No factory 12.5” that I’m aware of.

Where were they sold in canada ??? Ones I seen were always 18" or 18.5 in a full length version LEGAL
In fact seem to recall the 10" and 14" barrels ( alone) are ITAR controlled and can't be brought into the country for civilian purchase.

Yes Remington did make 12.5'', 10'' 14'' and probably other length as well, Remington can make any barrel length on special order for LE agencies, Ithaca did the same in the past also.

I think Wolverine Supplies brought a few in years ago. Shotguns are under the State Dept. They have changed their mind over the years as to whether they can be exported or not. I’ve had a factory 14” barrel for well over a decade and I recall seeing US made short barrel shotguns in the Wholesale catalog as far back as 2003.

interesting I thought they came from here and not remington factory. I have one 14" also

We have about 6-8 each of the 12.5" & 14" barrels out for bluing right now. They will be back here on Thursday and we will be taking them to the Kamloops show for the weekend. Whatever doesn't sell at the show will be posted on the website on Monday.

Don't worry, there are more being made right now as well, we just wanted to get a few out for the show.

(And NO, we won't 'hold' one for you at the show, it's 1st come 1st served as per usual, sorry)

Leg is / was right… Wolverine Supplies brought a whole bunch in a couple of years back. I bought two of them (Don’t buy ONE, buy TWO of them) and proceeded to give them to each of my 2 sons for their 870 fun. I shoulda grabbed a third for myself. LOL What a dummy I am. No Worries!! I’m just gonna be happy with my 18” factory barrel. Ha ha ha ha ha :evil:
