Can you guys gunsmith at the warehouse before anything ships?

I was thinking of getting the 180-C performance rifle, but I also went to get the upper and lower you guys have made. If I buy the components of the gun are you guys willing to create my Frankenstein's Monster for me? Obviously there should be a charge for the service and I'm more than happy to pay it.
