AR-15 how many is enough ?

Restricted long-guns are semi-useless in this bs country (IMO)

Especially when their 30 round mags hold only 5.... :jerkit:
 
I don't like AR's. They can't be taken anywhere except the range. They have a gas tube instead of a piston rod.
I like operating systems that are reliable and come in 7.62x51 so I'm left with very little choice. Therefore, I have a CZ858 instead of an AR.
I like the Swiss Arms rifles and the AR180B. If only they came in the .30 variety.
 
Having shot a couple of AR type guns, yeah, they are fun. But that restricted classification is a royal PITB! Would be interested in seeing how a gas rod system works on the AR platform, but by that time, you'de be into 180B territory anyways. And non restricted to boot. Now if they had a 7.62X39 conversion on the 180B, that would be a hoot! (do they?) That's one nice part on the AR's is the variety of options you could play with.
 
I have 3 now (10.5", 14.5", 20"), getting a 4th in the new year (16"). About the "restricted" criticism, I only shoot my guns at the range, so it's neither here nor there. Actually, I don't have that many guns that are non-restricted.

3rd on the way, (16 inch carry handle upper, 16 inch midlength flat top and a RRA 10.5 9mm upper on the way) I plan on owning at least 5.

I only have one complete for now... though I used to keep 1 lower and swap between two 14.5 and 24 uppers.

I just have an 11.5" right now though I might get another complete 14.5 ot 16" down the road.
