Anyone been through the parts bin at milarm lately. I was just there and they have a bunch of rear sights labled M-14. To my untrained eye they look like norinco. I didn't get a chance to ask the guys, they were really busy and I was already headed out.

When International Firearms in Montreal went under, Milarm bought up all the remaining Chinese M-14 parts in stock. Those sights are Chinese!

FWIW, although these sights are Chinese, that doesn't mean they won't work. There are people who have the Norinco sights that are functional. Unfortunately, there's no way to know if those parts will work nicely together until you assemble them.

FYI - there is a post about someone on ebay selling Garand sights for around $50.00. Likely to be much better value than whatever price Milarm gives you for a set of Norincos.

Real M14 sight sure would be better but are damn hard to find and really expensive. So garand sight are abundant and cheap (well compared to m14 sight)

To add to Godgab's comment:

Real M14 sights would be proper metric sights as opposed to Garand's which are in yards. In practice, they are almost the same for general function.

Real M14 sights are rarer due to much shorter run. Generally you will be lucky to find real M14 sights for under $150.00 for the set and well over $200.00 for the real NM sight assembly.

Check the stickies for info about Springers M1A commercial versions of the same sights.

I've always heard of M14 clone owners to be changing the rear sights. Since I've had mine, I've never had any problems with it being loose or not holding zero. I've also played with it a lot in trying out various ranges and not a problem zeroing again, once I knew what I was doing. What is considered a bad rear sight? because mine seems to function flawlessly.
