Canadian scope

I have a rifle scope with the following markings.

TEL.STG. No42 Mk1

R.E.L./CANADA

1943 1188-C

Is this a sniper scope for the LeeEnfield? It has only one cross hair, can the other be replaced and where can I get it repaired.

It is not a rifle scope. The No. 32 is.

It is a gun sight. It only ever had on line for referencing aiming points. It is very usefull for providing spare parts for No 32 scopes as it uses the same optics.
