Not sure if this is the right section but...

Looking for a GUN mounted laser range finder. Apparently the holy grail is a Wilcox RAPTAR? But I can't seem to find that anywhere in Canada.

Does anyone know of any good options that are actually orderable here in Canada?

The existing options these days are the Wilcox Raptar, L3/Harris Spear and Storm, the discontinued Silencerco Radius and the Newcon Optik (Canadian company) Seeker M and S. Whoever imports Wilcox stuff into Canada (Millbrook Tactical?) should be able to order you a Raptar, I would imagine. I doubt either the Spear or Storm are available outside the US other than for mil or govt agencies. Radius' pop up on Ebay from time to time and I believe there have been a few up in Canada as well. The Newcon Seeker would be the easiest to source but there really aren't any reviews available on them. If you get one, share a review.

I sent millbrook an email and just waiting for anything back from them... Doesnt seem like they want my money.

Okay GSCI makes the ultimate range finder, but its not cheap 12K

But are made in Canada so no ITAR BS I think it has a 7 year warranty.

A civilian cannot have 25mw or 50mw laser so they won't sell you the Wilcox anyways. And the GSCI does GPS of you and your target so that is the ultra tacicool tool.

Not on their store. Seems like they only make these for certain groups. Sent an email anyway.

I just want a freaking laser mounted on my rifle that shows me the distance, why does it have to be so hard to find one, lol.

It looks like the newcon doesnt even have a display on it (or rather it has a tiny display thats on the SIDE...making it in a very awkward pointless place) and has to be connected and used with a tablet or phone. Not ideal.s

Contact SRS Tactical they are a supplier on GSCI and good guys they can get you one 100%.

These are very specialized units, and built to order, your not buying a happy meal.

There's no reason someone who sells/distributes Wilcox up here shouldn't be able to get you a Raptar ES-S. The eye-safe (ES) has a viz laser that maxes out at 4.99mW and the IR illum and laser are 0.7mW.
