Hi everyone .
New guy question here . Does the RCMP only have your info available to see online after first waiting 28 days ? They have my application etc but still doesn't show. I assume nothing will show until at least 28 days ? It's so far only been 2 weeks.

No. You wont see anything online until they initially enter your info. The 28 days is a guideline for this to be done. That is the current average if you read the previous couple of pages of posts. It can certainly be longer and has been at earlier stages of the pandemic. It is variable depending on volume of applications and how many people working there at the given time.

I found this while googling pal waiting, I may go ahead with this guys course of action. I figure this would seal the deal with the RCMP refusing to issue me my PAL/RPAL. I believe there’s more to what’s going on, it may be related to the pandemic and vaccination status. I’ve also publicly criticized their process on FB and other social media when they shut down all CFSC/CRFSC training during the early days of the pandemic and this may be retribution. The goverment and their agencies need to know they work for us and we’re the ones who put them in their positions. If they are going to regulate something but can’t keep up with the conditions of the regulation, then they need to remove those regulations and restrictions! There needs to be transparency and accountability.

No change as of Jan. 17, 2022.
Phoned today, but was greeted by their auto hang-up robot.

And that's my license in hand; might've been yesterday if it wasn't for that brutal storm we had.

Seems to be about within the average timeline for me. Pleasantly surprised. Good luck you guys, I hope yours comes quickly too.

Hello everyone, I'm new here and have been following some of your timelines as they are close to my own.
I just want to share my new Ontario PAL/RPAL application
-->Received by the RCMP on Nov 3/2021
-->Credit card charged and viewable online Dec 2/2021
Received email on Dec 3/2021 saying that a piece of info was missing and to call them at the provided phone #
--> I forgot to check the box stating that I had no other wife/partner/common law in the past 2 years ---> I had just left it blank ---> The nice RCMP lady was able to do that for me over the phone.
Received notice that my licenses have been issued and to watch the mailbox ---> Jan21/2022

Recent anecdotal information here and on another Canadian forum are reporting 2.5-3 months for new PAL/RPAL applications from Ontario being approved with licenses being issued.

I have phoned CFO and found payment didn’t go through gave them CC on phone and it went. I was advised with 30 max days and it should be at my house.

Got my license today in mail
Nope. My application was received Nov 24 and my card was charged Dec 29 - 5 weeks between those dates. Yours has been 6 weeks. It should be appearing online fairly soon.
