Lets see some of those pretty cherry wood colored Type 81s in action ! you can try it out casually or if ud like to be tallied into the yearly scores officially plz check out http://www.riflechair.com/cabin-fever-challenge to see the rules.

This ultimately is a friendly competition focused more on fun, self exercise, ancestry / traditions and probably most importantly during these trying times... giving the law abiding gun community a positive and publicly visible presence on social media !

Here is my submission from 2019 using a modified Type 81sa folder



This year I hope to pit my modified SKS wanna be Dragunov haha against a Type 81sa LMG modified to look like a Tabuk Sniper... should be fun, I look forward to seeing other Red Rifle entries !

I think that's kind of the point? To help cure "cabin fever" and get people out of their homes and practicing their marksmanship in less than perfect conditions.

well the cabin fever here is cured in end of february by -40c ... i will do my own cabin fever after march still not in perfect conditions lol ...

The hosts / refs of Cabin Fever Challenge discussed this topic back in Dec but decided the Jan to March was about as late as they wanted to extend it. The spirit was originally set to force shooters to shoot in the heart of winter conditions, but has since adapted International following and participation.

Even if u submit late, everyone will enjoying seeing ur entry regardless !

it will be an honour with my little m76 in 7.62x39 called: sladkarije that we can translate by sweet candy.

Mines probably going to be named " Talif " pronounced Tal' oof' ah' ... means Damaged in Arabic lol according to google translate anyways.
