New shotguns, MAG-FED and SHORTIES - NEW PICS

-Where the stock and action meet, there is a bit of a sharp lip, as the synthetic stock overhangs a bit. Moot point for me, I'm putting a Knoxx on it when I've opened it Christmas day, and look forward to spending the holiday in the country where I can give it a proper workout.

So did you get the Knoxx stock on? if so do you got any pics? and how about the shooting? thanks... I'm impatiently waiting for mine to arrive :p and also debating on getting a knoxx stock or not.

I did get the Knoxx on it, but I won't have a camera handy until Jan 2 when I'm back home from holidays. No shooting yet, will post range report as soon as I can (maybe tomorrow). I'd say get the Knoxx, worst case you can sell it here if you change your mind. No lip anymore with the Knoxx, and it seems to be getting smoother every time I rack the slide after a full cleaning and re-lube with MiliTec and BreakFree. Zero regrets so far, other than not having a 3/16 ball end hex wrench handy when I opened the Knoxx box Christmas day.

Oh im drooling :ar15:

There are only two things that makes a pump shotgun restricted:

- designed, intended or modified to be fired with one hand
- Folds or telescopes to less than 26"

The letter is now moot as the FRT lab is trying to call ALL shotguns with bbls less than 16" handguns. The Dlask case will sort that matter out. The letter in question was whether placing a pistol grip on a SG was "other means" and it is not, according the the CFC and FRT lab, but again, moot.

jesus, is this for real?
so basically even those of us who had no intention of putting pistol grips on our 12.5" grizzlies might be screwed in the future with a restricted shotgun thats only good for range use? i have no use for or desire to own a restricted shotgun.

You know it's a free country and everybody has his own understanding...

And this kind of thing is the major reason why national gun database doesn't work...you can add long barrel and stock to a handgun then you get a rifle, then you cut cut cut...here is a pistol!

first let me adjust my tinfoil hat:cool:

HMMM no property rights, taxation without representation and a constitution with a not withstanding clause?? (I could go on but you get the picture)

somehow I fail to see a free country LOL!!! but if it makes ya feel good by all means, buy into what you have been programmed to believe :runaway:

as far as the shotgun goes i would like one only because it is not subject to the overly restricted rules and regulations that are placed upon pistols and it could be conveiniantly carried as a bush tool .
The minute it is made into a restricted weapon it is no lnger a bush tool but a special interest firearm to go to and from the range with and if that is the case i would sooner get a 1911 and enjoy it for what it is.

Can am will you be selling just the pistol grips and or the folding stock by themselves?

Where the h*** do they get that ''16 inch'' regulation? I couldn't found nothing about that in the ''firarm act'', so what is it? they (lieberals working at CFC) decided arbitrarely or they ''feel'' like a shotgun with a barrel less than 16inch is a handgun? WTF?

I was told they use the US system, which is 16". However, that only applies to rifles, shotguns are 18.5".
