And I shot 400 rounds of 9mm with my USP. And they had a couple ARs. And they had a deal on an almost brand new STAG 16in flat top. The guy only shot like 30 rounds with it and decided he wanted something else. So he was selling it for 1200 tax in. Comes with a case too. So I impulse bought it. And I impulse bought an EOtech 512(the one that runs on AA bats and doesnt have NV capability).

I think I have black rifle desease! I don't even have teh rifle yet, and I already have 5 RRA 10 rounders, and I was looking at the Tango Down battle grip and vert grip and I'm trying to find a way to get a LaRue rail:eek:

Going to drop the money off friday. Now if I could strike a deal on that Desert Warrior that's been sitting there for like 5 months!

Now I'm going to have to wait for the f**king CFC:mad:

Hi

I have seen a couple of these where the guy changes his mind come Friday. I hope you get your rifle.

Bob

I do too. I've already chosen wich stock i want to replace the 6pos one with. And I'm looking at BUIS and how to get rid of that front sight post:runaway:

Oh and it's going to be my first AR

Hi

There are two configurations that I like a lot in an AR. One is the carbine sized rifle, front sight post, and carrying handle / no optics. The other is a flat top, good optics, and a gas block.

I've always preferred a fixed front sight. More solid than a flip-up front sight and really doesn't get in the way of any optics you may mount on the flat top. Good choice on the Stag though. Enjoy the rifle. :)

I don't like 'em. I'm not a big "OMG it's got to cowitness" guy.

Hi

I certainly am not going to say that the front sight stops the optics from working. I have seen it done successfully to many times to make that statement. I simply like the look of the rifle with a good (6-24 x 50) scope and no front sight.

Don't tell me they did not have the 552, bcs I bought it on impulse on Friday ;)

HAHA! Another one? They had another one that ran on AA batteries but was NV compatible, i dunno if it would be a 552, but i didnt feel like putting down another 100$ for something i would never get to use.
