Collectable M1 Carbines

Plainfield has a contract to make M1 and M2 carbine's for the Saigon Police in the late 1960's
A few have turned up in Europe
 
I have an old IBM evil restricted one that I bought many years ago from Bruce Martin.

**Edit: I believe that the liebrals made Canada much safer by only allowing M1 carbines with 1" longer barrels to be non-restricted. Just think, it HAS to be much, much safer. NOT

If any of you collectors want a lead on a Royal Thiland Police HOWA drop me a pm. I was surprised to read this variant can be exported to the U.S. as it is, police surplus not military.

the reason you cant readily or easily export into the usa, US made m1 carbines or m1 garands to the us is you need to prove they were not lend lease if you can prove whatever country they are in paid the us for them they can be imported
 
If anyone in Saskatoon area is looking for shooter or collector carbines I will have a selection of each at the upcoming collector's show coming up on the 18 and 19. Lots of tire kickers here on the EE so gunshows it is.

Just throwing this out there...it's alot easier to sell high end milsurps with pictures

Its always akward when someone post something youre interested without pictures. Then you ask for pictures but its not what you were looking for. You endup looking like a tire kicker for simply taking a look at what could have been a nice deal.
 
Putting some damn pics in the ads is just as simple as that, I don’t know why ppl saying they don’t don’t know how to do it. Like we just started using computers since 2021.
