I have a Howa Mini Action in 7.62x39 and it uses a Howa proprietary magazine. I do not know about the .223

Not these days - they have skinnied production to the most popular calibers and models to keep up with demand.

We charge actual shipping (we don't mark up whatever the post office charges). Some models are internal box (barrelled actions are all internal box with hinged floor plate) and some models are detachable magazine.

These days we rarely know when new stock is inbound. Makes planning inventory fun!

That being said - they're back.

24" HB only in 308 and 6.5. 26" HB versions are not currently available.
