Did Canada Ban Russian made ammo?

Hey guys I was just wondering if Canada has banned Russian made ammo, mainly Barnaul. I grabbed a box of 500rd 7.62x39 just in case but I have a feeling it might be a long time before we see Barnaul again.
 
I too am wondering if the Russo-Ukrainian 2022 War is going to cause a shortage of ammo in Canada. I've heard anecdotes that civilian gun stores are running low on ammo in the Czech Republic.
 
I hope you feel the same way about China.


Here in Okanagan. Its all chicom or norinco (boxed chicom).... havent seen any eastern block x39 in long time
 
Who ever wins will have lots of ammo for sale
Apparently, the Russian's want the American and Canadian firearms and ammo

I thought this as well, then I thought of the Chinese parts in my car, my computer, wifi router and cell phone, now I am going to turn on my Chinese led bulbs as I watch my made in China TV.

Honestly there is nothing we can do to limit Chinese made products, just walk around your house and shop with yellow sticky pads and put one on anything with a made in China label, it is a real eye opener........

I have no confidence products made here or Europe do not use Chinese components or plastics.

I believe that the government put a 35% import and export duty on Russian goods to try and bite them but we probably don’t buy and sell much to make a difference. I can see in stock Barnaul drying up and not being replaced due to duty and the fact that there are very few shippers dealing with Russia and the West.
 
I stocked up on Barnaul last night, SFRC has it on for $0.51/round right now.

I don't imagine we will be seeing Barnaul on shelves for much longer.
 
Apparently there are containers of ammo on the water to the USA that will not be allowed into the country.
This happened several years ago when a huge quantity of surplus ammo floated around until it was finally sold back to Europe.
I would hate to have any shipments of anything on the water from Russian right now.

It's full on economic war. In Europe they are seizing russian cargo ships. Froze over 500 billion of assets belonging to the Bank of Russia. While in Russia they haven't frozen or confiscated any foreign owned property, yet. The usa is threatning everyone that still does business with the Russians with severe consequences. It's gonna bite them in the ass.
 
Hi! I am afraid the communists' bastards are here in our government in Ottawa! They want: to take away our firearms, they want to stop the use of petrol as much as possible, they are flooding us with 400,000 third world immigrants per year, they hate truckers because they are mostly whites and they want to dilute Canada into the global world order! I think they are worst that Russians!
