I have bought from tenda a few times and there always great.
But i order a create of 7.62x39 and when I got it today there were in separate boxes. No create and both spam cans were opened. Not enough for any ammo to be removed but both seals were broken. Like wtf why???
I buy spam cans surplus ammo bc it comes sealed.
Why open it?? Ya im not going to buy ammo from Tenda again.
 
Hey Tenda....always had good experience in my dealings with you guys thus far.
Any chance at bringing back the Score 2 for 1 buckshot deal again anytime soon?

Always make sure to read the description on the website before ordering. From the website: *The Cans in these cases have been slightly open to double-check the ammo
 
Order hadn't shipped (it's been a while now) so I called and got this: We must charge you more because that's what Canada Post says. I point out that they ship this with UPS and that I've never been charged for this same order before and it still says "Free Shipping over $300 (I live in a larger city - not the boonies). He says "Hold on, I'll ask again". Comes back with the same amount of shipping charges but with UPS too???? He says that instead of three boxes, they can put it into one, but that if there is any damage (I paid for the extra insurance already), insurance will not cover it so I'll be out of luck. I asked if this was the case, could they not make sure that the one package was packaged better so that damage doesn't occur (it has in the past but I've never gone after the insurance although I always purchase it). He says "It is what it is - take it or leave it"

I allowed them to charge me more this time, but I'll be checking now that I know this will be a regular thing. I will see if there is a better price out there now that extra shipping costs will occur even with "Free Shipping over $300". Just a heads up to the big city purchasers who think they get free shipping now....

Ya i definitely didn't see that on there website when I bought the ammo. So ya its my fault for not reading the disclaimer but still why the F@ck open the create and ammo tin ?? It makes no sense.

Ya it is. That is what happened to my order. I think that the UPS site is broken or something because i got an email an hour before my package arrived saying its was shipped lol
 
Tenda is probably the one I see the most hate posts about.

But it's my first go to, whenever I'm looking. Have never had issues.

Their website needs an overhaul though. Make the menus less cluttered. (multiple entries for the same caliber, so you gotta pick both or you only get half their selection) Only show in stock by default. Just make it a bit more user friendly.

But they have flat rate / free shipping even for ammo? And it's always been delivered. Half of my purchases are Tenda. (Including two orders in now, and a third on the way, if things of mine sell)
 
Same here. I called today because I ordered on March13 Sunday. They created a label Wednesday 16th and has sat there since. They said they would send out today 24th but did not. I’m only 2 hours away and should take no more than 3 days. This is the second time they have done this to me. There won’t be a third as that would make me a fool.
Either hire more people or be up front about the delay in shipping. I order stuff from McMaster Carr in the US and always comes in 1 day which is amazing and not even necessary and don’t know how they do it, but you guys could take some lessons from them that’s for sure.
Likely won’t get my package until the 29th - 30th which is 12-13days. Google maps say I’m 1hr45mins one way so
3.5 hours at 340kms If I walked 3km/hr and stopped for a rest every 12hours I still could make it there and back in under 10 days. Fun facts

I called them and they said they are backlogged to March 17. And said they think it will get shipped tomorrow.

Just like I suspected, UPS tracking web is not broken.
