I got my CZ 858 . but i need to remove the stock.that thing so tight.
anyone live in GTA can help me remove the stock ??

It is tight, but no worse than a lot of enfield bolts I've come across. I'd suggest going out and buying one of those 16 inch screwdrivers from home depot or whatever. They've got heavy enough grips and thick enough heads to torque the bolts loose. Plus if you ever own an enfield you'll need it for those as well.

his rifle is super tight, we broke my home made tool and could not get the stock off with a 1/2 ratchet or breaker bar. also, the screw head is screwed, not sure from this time or from before when he tried himself.

I had one like that, I had to crush the stock and remove the screw with a vise.
P.S. That stock is tougher then you think!!!!!!! I took a sledge hammer to it, but the red plastic commie laughed it off.

I cant beleave they would use a slot head for that screw!

I received my folding stock this week and after reading so much about that stock(stuck) screw I just called my gunsmith and we will tackle the thing tommorow night. I know myself enough to know that the original stock wouldn't survive if I was to do it all by myself...

try spraying some wd40 down there, i had to do that with mine, but it was still very tough to remove. you will need a very good vice on the weapon, with a very steady tight torc on the tool. good luck!
