There is one. Looks good to me.

Maybe I watched too many westerns growing up, but there's no comparison in meaness between a tactical shotgun placed beside a short, double-barrelled coach gun.... IMO, the coach gun is twice as evil.

I pee'd a little bit when I saw this one. Definately not a perspective I'd ever care to see in real life.

;)

If we want to buy other barrels and stocks (perhaps PGO) for one of these, what is the gun it's modeled on, and are all the parts interchangeable with the parent?

An 8" barrel and chicken-head grip would be kick-ass, and aiui (also pending current case) legal, so long as the parts are manufacturer made.

is it the 1878 colt?> http://www.coltparts.com/pt_78shotgun.html

I have one of these norinco coach guns,it is somewhat different than the one in the pics mine has no checkering, and has a crossbolt safety that the pictured one doesn't appear to have(it also has a tang safety) I've been using it for cowboy action shooting with black powder and I like it a lot,you have to make sure you do not lay the gun on its left side becuase the crossbolt safety will partially engage Slowing you down on the shotgun stage.I'll try and get some pics up.

damn I want a coach gun, no real point, but I too have watched way to many westerns.
I also want one as a peering gun, you know when the guy opens the door, steps outside with the big railroad lantern held high in the left hand double 12 leveled in the right, peers into the darkness and yells a question to the night. I want a SxS damnit!

I like the Stoeger IGA coach gun supreme, pretty stuff, with chokes, double trigger, Supreme models- AA-Grade satin walnut the only thing is the lack of hammer, everything is internal, but it's faster, and safety auto iengage itself each time you load it. .. never trust safety.

I bought a JW 2000 about a year ago from leverarms. I returned the first one because the "bluing" was pealing off. The finish on the barrels is not great and mine tends to rattle itself apart after a few boxes of shells. Sometimes after firing it is stiff to open to extract the shells and they all seem to come with a loose fitting fore stock. I just keep my Swiss army knife in my pocket when I take this gun out shooting and I also managed to get rid of the looseness up front by placing some rubber pieces in the grooves between the barrels and the stock. All in all this gun falls into the cliche "you get what you pay for" but I love mine and would recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap coach gun. You may also want to pick up a small bottle of med strength loctite!
