Yeah only used it a few times but it was relatively fast.

I use this email address for an ATT request in Ontario and always get a positive reply, usually by noon same day if I send it early enough in the morning.

Put ATT Request in the subject line and list all info they might require. In the case of mailing a restricted, they also want the street address of the post office as well.
