Vortex Venom

These are made to sit between the Diamondback Tactical and Strike Eagle ranges. I believe they are trying to hit a specific price point for a certain class of competition with this one, which I like because it's specifically intended for competition use with a reasonable price point. Decent reviews on YouTube from shooters much better than I. It should have very good optical quality, plenty of adjustment for reaching way out there, and a really good warranty.

VORTEX VENOM Scope

5-25X56 FFP
SKU VEN-52501
EBR-7C (MOA) Reticle | 34 mm Tube

Any one using one of these scopes ? at $699.00 retail CAN $$ seems like a GREAT buy ! Heavy thou ! BUT should make a GREAT steel banger scope - OPINIONS ?? ;) RJ

I have this exact scope mounted on my Cadex SHP 308 win, and have shot more than 200 rounds since. Great scope, very clear glass, worth the money.

Right on Sounds Good ! - Do the turrets click nice - smooth and even and return to zero properly ? RJ

turrets clicks vey positive, you can feel every click affirmatively.
I have no issues of returning to zero. It has a zero-stop feature when set the turret can only go downward 1 3/4 moa.

You won't tell the difference. I have a pair of MDT for more than the double the price and honestly I don't think it's worth the price.
