Are these a proprietary actions or are they a short rem700 clones? Just wondering if they could be switched in/ out.

I swapped out all evil parts from my AR and rebuilt it on the Renegade receiver to make it non evil and non restricted 10.5" barrel 28" OAL rifle that I can take out to the bush and shoot

Yeah, thought about that myself. I prefer the bolt action though, as opposed to the straight pull back.

What barrel thread do these rifles use? It doesn't look like there's a Remington 700 style recoil lug.
Remington - 1.062 x 16 TPI
savage -1.055 x 20 TPI (small shank) and 1.120 x 20 (large shank)

Any information is appreciated. Thanks.
