Advice on bring AR15 Upper into Canada

1.) Can I buy an AR15 Complete upper in the USA?
2.) Should I mail it to myself or would it be easier to have somebody I know in USA mail it to me?
3.) Would either postal service confiscate it from me?

(I do have a valid PAL for restricted and non restricated.)

If anyone can help me with this, I would really appreciate it.

Go in the legalease section, all the answer are there, there is a sticky
No you can't buy an upper in the US unless you have the export permit from the Department of State.

If you really want it from the State, contact Questar (link on top of page) and they can do it
