I met these Shadowlands guys at the Woodstock gun show; they seemed to have a cool product, which they manufactured for TNA under the "TNA wk-180 enhanced" title. Does anyone here have experience with these guns?

It's hard to find info about the fully assembled guns they sell, but I asked their dealer and he sent me these pictures:

What do you guys think? Personally I'm not a fan of the green and the ribbed barrel, but the receiver itself is really clean looking.

It so happens I asked them at the aforementioned gun show.... Something something "Nikola Tesla", something something "barrel harmonics". Pretty sure it doesn't work that way and it's a shame they wasted machine time on those contours and ruined the otherwise decent looks of the gun.

there is no company listed as shadowlands with a business firearms manufactures license.
so whos making this ,whats the dilldo.. with the barrel ??

Would the barrel cool faster like flutes but opposite design pattern, didn't tommy guns have grooves in that axis ?

Yeah, not a fan of the appearance though, PGW spiral twist fluting looks nice though

good god, who cares what it looks like - does it make the gun more accurate as claimed?

My scientific assessment is that in principle it should decrease accuracy. The flutes will reduce stiffness, increase the deflection of the cantilevered barrel, and cause more whip when the bullet travels through it (if a barrel did not deflect under gravity there would be no whip, remember).

I would be happy to be proven wrong with a proper test, but until then I think any claims to improved accuracy are just gun-uglifying pseudoscience.
