They received a message from their supplier and said the MAP price they received was wrong. They still honored the price from all who ordered before the price correction.

If it’s pre ordered before the 18th does it avoid the new bill 71 registry by you guys? Or will the bought date be when it’s in stock and paid in full?…putting it into new system…

I would gladly pay the remainder of the preorder balance if this was the case.

Within the few hours between making the initial post and updating the price, they received notification from their supplier that price went up? Or they read the many posts of people saying "wow, much cheaper than other retailers" and adjusted accordingly.

More like one of the other retailers ratted them out to the distributor or the distributor seen their listing then reached out to scold them... businesses can get in trouble if they sell under MAP.

More than likely marstar had a miscommunication of what the map was or that there was a map stipulation on these products

North Sylva is the distributor so best to ask them directly I guess. Otherwise, all just hearsay and speculation.

Is NS the distribution for Marstar too? They're not on NS' list of backordered dealers.

I don't get why bill 71 matters, I assume Marstar verifies your licence anyway. Maybe I sell it privately the day after I get it, it's NR, under no personal obligation to tell the government who you sold it to.
