Same here but the whole area became a suburb decades ago. Thankfully my parents had itchy feet and moved to Alberta. As for fuel prices, I'm still too young to sit at home.

I wouldn't have believed people would be lining up for $2.00L gas a few weeks ago. My plans of purchasing a full size P/U have been put on hold.233.9 in Greater Vancouver today. I paid 203 in Abbotsford then drove to Maple Ridge and was blown away by the price jump.... 199.9 in Silverdale, lines were backing up onto Lougheed...

I wish I could tell you. But one thing for sure it stink that it is way more now !So what's with the price of diesel. For the longest time it was below reg. or at par. But since the huge increase, it's way above.

The trickle down economics of $10 gal/$3 litre diesel are going to be awesome.
On the only positive side, it'll be really hard for everyone to ignore, or blame anyone other than ourselves for electing and letting these entitled, oblivious, sanctimonious clowns run the economies of North America head first into a brick wall.
