This is my understanding as well. Sounds like this fall is when it will take effect.

He says they are not waiting on legislation and will be doing an OIC at 14:11 in his speech So yes they will attempt legislation that will take time but they are going to OIC whatever they can as soon as they can BUT until that is done which can be a day or a week you can buy still.

We'll get back to you tomorrow...it is a bit crazy here right now.
 
Keep an eye out on the website. We're putting on a bunch of handguns that arrived over the last week but we hadn't put on the website. I've added about 100 or so more tonight.

I don't want to scare anyone, but do hurry up. The best case scenario is that there's no OIC and retailers can sell their inventory until the bill becomes law, so a few months. The worst case scenario is an OIC at any time.

So no retailer or distributor will renew their inventory. At least not in a large scale. They would be crazy to do so with the sword of Damocles over their head. So whatever is there is what you can get I believe. So if there's a handgun you want and it's for sale, get it now, cause you might never get another chance, or at best it could take a looooong time.
 
We're still here doing transfers. We have also added another 43 handguns that we didn't have on the website so there are lots of new things on there.
