Anschutz 54 1413 value

That looks to be in good condition, complete with the aperture sights and hand rest.
The 1413 was designed for men's position shooting. It can also be used off the bench, although less easily than the 1411 prone model because of its deep butt and butt assembly. Many shooters use optics only.
I suspect a lot of sellers might think this rifle would go for north of $2000, but a little less might be a more reasonable expectation.

It might go for 1000 to 1200. This is an older gun. It’s a specialty gun not gathering to a lot of shooters. Peep sights even less shooters.
It’s not a lightweight. Made to shoot the 3 positions game.
Competitive shooter will get a modern BR50 with a space age look stock..bloop tube..and tuner.

A few words should be added for clarification.
The OP and readers will remember that the peep sights are removable and so not an issue if someone desired to use optics. As they are part of a complete rifle, the fact that what appears to be the original sights should be seen as a good thing, the same with the hand stop. While they may not add significantly to the value, original parts are always more desirable than not. An Anschutz collector may find this rifle especially attractive.
The fact that it's an older rifle (from 1975) is not itself a problem as far as its accuracy performance is concerned. Many, many older Anschutz rifles, even older than this one, will still shoot very well. As noted above, a 1413 stock can be used for bench shooting. See image below sourced online (ignoring the front rest facing the wrong way and the absence of a rear bag).
Whether any competitive shooter would "get a modern BR50 with a space age look stock..bloop tube..and tuner," he would know first of all whether he was shooting benchrest or position. A BR 50 stock is for benchrest only. Any space age look stock seems like the aluminum ones for position shooting as is a bloop tube. A tuner is best used for BR shooting.

That old Anschutz is mine, bought/saved from scrapping around fifteen years back for £25. The money went into the 'new rifles for the club' fund. I'm sure I posted the story, so I won't go over it again, but suffice it to say that it can still put a box of ammunition into less than an inch at 100m, and make a single-hole 5-shot group at 25m.

Indeed. Some sellers let a rifle go for much less than they can get. The price becomes too good to pass up.
