Like everyone, I am hoarding pistols before the ban and experiencing the inability to call in to the CFP. One seller sent me a PDF of the transfer form that can be faxed in. Does anyone have a clean/blank copy they would like to share? I can’t find it online.

Sorry I can’t help but I can’t help but laugh a lil when more people jump on this wave and then the cfo fax machine starts going off non stop along with the phone . They’re gonna pull their hair out lol

I think if you read the form, it says you need to mail it to Miramichi. Others have tried to email them but they have bounced back. I'm sending mine tomorrow by Registered Mail.

I received the form from the CFC via email. I sent the form back via email and they refused to accept it. Told me that I must mail the form in to them so off it went via Canada Post with signature on delivery and tracking.

For those of you mailing or faxing the form in, do you still plan to call and try to get it completed that way? Or just mail it in and hope for the best?

I have done this with two transfers, and have passed this along to our club membership. We have a rep from the CCFR, and his opinion is do it!!

That would require them to pay attention. I guarantee, they are missing no breaks and working no OT on our behalf. - dan

Was able to get a restricted transfer initiated today by calling the non restricted line. 1-6-1

Took many tries to get someone who was able to do it, but got it dings in the end.

I guarantee after dealing with a group of people who act like entitled children for however long none of them are inclined to do favours or extra, unpaid work. Would you?!?

Mail it in and hope for the best.

That’s what I did

I fully expect the people at Miramichi will continue to do their job.
Some of them are likely firearms owners same as me.
I’ve never had a problem or bad experience with any of them in hundreds of dealings. I expect this will be the same.

Ps. Not sure that there is any point sending registered letters to a PO Box
