Can the Byrna be imported?

I wanted the pepper ball rifle variant for when bears tried robbing my business across the street. I'm pretty sure it was law enforcement only.
 
It might be easier to find a paintball pistol and try and source the pepper balls separately. I could see this getting regulated because of its intended use.
