it feels like the entire system was purposefully stopped, we have been trying to call in all week to transfer my dads restricted's to me, if it connects to the queue it will disconnect in under 5 mins, but 90% of the calls get an instant "call back later" and disconnect. 300 call attempts from 2 cells and 1 landline so far since monday and not 1 connection....

Safe to assume you’re up to the 8th or 9th for transfers then?
The ONLY plus about stores running out of stock is that gives them time to focus on transfers and not selling *if* the system actually works.

I bought a lever gun from you guys a few days ago and knowing with all the mad rush on handguns happening I figured it would be a week before you got to my order
I was shocked to get an e mail a couple hours after I placed the order that said it’s processed and shipped

Truth be told; shipping was amazingly caught up as orders, other than handguns, have been slower than normal. (everybody buying those instead of other stuff) and the handguns can only ship as they clear, of course. Thanks for the order!
