Does Kodiak ever respond to service emails?

I've sent three emails to them about a broken charging handle which gouged up the upper (WK180) and I just keep getting auto replies saying that they will get back to me soon.

Pretty lame, especially as the rifle has only about 300 rounds through it. My MCR rifles have gone thousands of rounds with no hiccups other than one broken firing pin.

Call them. Hard to get ahold of but keep trying. Usually in the afternoon is the best time. Once you get ahold of them they are very good to deal with.

They used to have a pretty decent CS guy Owen. I had to deal with him an awful lot when I owned a "180".
