All the dealers seem to be getting stock from CZ trickling in. Prophet River just got some, not sure about the P 09 though. Are you only interested in it because it's got the hammer?
The P-10 models are newer.. maybe worth getting one of them instead as there seem to be a few floating around... although all the retailers just jacked up their prices on them by $170 over the past few weeks.

Hadn’t thought of the .22 aspect! Good call. Wish I got one now lol.

Ya just picked up the 22 lr conversion too from tesro. So yesterday/today is a good couple days.

Then I came across a Shadow 2, so grabbed it and a conversion kit for it.

The Shadow 2 was in the plan, like most people just sooner than expected. The conversion kit wasn’t planned.

Wish I’d bought one when they released for $1350. I thought that was expensive back then. Now they’re up to $2k at some retailers, absolute insanity. Hope you got a decent deal.

I picked up a p-09 9mm and a p-09 Kadet recently the price diference between the Kadet and the Kadet kit was not huge

Yeah CZ has always charged an arm and a leg for their .22 uppers.
Used to be able to get the Sig p226 .22 kit for $250 brand new and now they’ve got up almost double, because people have proven to be willing to spend that much for the CZ or Glock competition. Sad really as it’s supposed to be an economical route for training.

What's so good about this CZ p09 anyway?

Polymer DA/SA with CZ ergonomics- low bore axis, comfortable grip angle and contouring and a good trigger.

Comes with parts to swap the handgun between a CZ75 style safety or decocker if you prefer. Generally good parts availability for CZ handguns. Can't overstate how much of an advantage being able to buy a Kadet adapter is as well.

Compared to the CZ75, fit and finish is undeniably better, and IMO it's a better shooter straight out of the box than a CZ75.

Lots of reasons to buy a P09.
