Update: MB Transfer Processed

Hello all,

I just wanted to give an update and maybe an idea of time frame that Transfers are being completed, depending on where you purchased from and where you live.

I purchased my Canik TP9 Elite Combat FDE on June 2nd from The Bullet Box store in Nova Scotia and I live in Manitoba.

I just received June 17th in my email that my Transfer is Processed. I forwarded it to the store, just in case they didn't receive it. I have not heard an update from the store since my emailed receipt June 6th. I'm sure they are still super busy.

I can't wait to receive my Canik as this will be the nicest Firearm/Handgun I will own now. Possibly ever.....

Keep hope alive and soon everyone will receive their Transfers and Handguns!

Good to hear.
I have 3 transfers from the 6,7 and 8th in the hands of the Manitoba CFO.
Still no transfer notifications.
Usually it’s only a couple of business days
I’m at 10 for the one on the 6th now

Hang in there! I was getting worried too, as I heard no updates from the store too.

But, I just received an email that my Canik is shipping out ASAP. I also forwarded the email from the CFO to the store, as I wasn't sure if they had received it also.
In these times, I would just forward it anyway just to be sure.

Hope you hear some good news soon on your transfers!
 
I bought a Glock from Prophet River on the 3rd. Still no transfer, I'm hoping to get it this week.

Anyone else in MB get transfers from the 3rd go through?
 
I'm waiting on 2 transfers from June 1st still. I've checked and double-checked and my info in IWS is correct and up-to-date so it's a waiting game.

Last time I did a private transfer was a couple years ago and the CFO didn't even care that my club membership was expired. Are they being picky about that now?

This time I bought from Prophet River so they initiated the transfer.

Do you think your transfer would have gone through if you hadn't called? I was thinking about calling but didn't want to contribute to the back-log of calls if I didn't need to.

I am sure it would have went through eventually. I had an extension number directly to the MB office from previous correspondence so took a chance and they completed my transfer in a couple minutes.

I called today. Only waited on hold about 10mins and they put the transfer through right away.

Lead going downrange next week!
