Looking for some info on a Parker Hale and Win mod 70.

The medallion reads: Memorial Trophy Manitoba, Walter M. Stewart, 1872-1972.

Nothing engraved on the barrel other than the factory Winchester markings. Model 70 .308 etc

I looked up the serial number and it appears to be made between 1966-67.
 
Thanks for that. Very nice gun. Not common especially in that condition.
