X95 - Bulk pack Remington .223 UMC, issues

That ammo should run fine. I have run some pretty light handloads through my two X-95 without issues.

In talks with the Remington rep for Canada right now. I'll update with what their solution is. Hoping to get out this weekend and run this gun with some different rounds to confirm it's working 100%

Fired a full magazine of Winchester .223, from each mag I have, including the new 10rd lar pistol mag and some hornady 5.56 as well, zero issues except some failure to feed (didn't pick up a round from the mag) on a cross mag. Ran some more of this UMC, jams occur. I'll update once I hear back from the Remington rep. This about settles it, this box of rounds contains a large percentage of NFG.

do you mind sharing the lot number?

in the past i had issues and they shipped back some ammo even to the yukon,. it was gravel agency.

I bought some of this awhile ago, but sold most of it as the 20rd boxes were massive and took up way too much precious space compared to other ammo I’ve bought. I’ve had some fireball with this Remington UMC, not sure if those were hot rounds or something else. Thought I remember reading that this is often on the low end of the spectrum, which may explain why there are cycling issues?

I've been having similar issues with my X95 and LAR15 mags, found this thread helpful.
Will get out again and try pinned PMAGS and different ammo.
