Well, I wasn't going to order one until this summer or fall but with this shipment being the last of the lot I had to change my plans and try to get one now. I tried to locate one on the net. Marstar said to give them a call in a couple of weeks as they should have some for their own stock to sell.

So, if Marstar is sold out, any other suggestions where to find one? Epps is sold out, too.

Marstar is not sold out..........They are creating this huge fuss about a firearm.
They actually do have some - quite a bit if you ask me.
THey will work up a big hype on these and then bring out a secret stash some time later........Just you wait and see!

Slowbalt... thanks. Checked it out. A little more so I hope I can get one from Marstar. Plus Marstar is local (1 hour) so it would be better for me, supporting our local people first. Good to know just in case.

Others... thanks guys. I know Marstar will have some available but I just needed to know in case I am not able to get my hands on one of the few remaining ones. I know right now they aren't even counting their own stock as they are too busy getting the sold ones out. I spoke to Frank when I placed a small order so I hope I can get in touch before they sell the rest off the way they are going like hotcakes and people placing multiple orders. :)

I am getting fed up with people offering opinions when they are absolutely uninformed....
I tell you what, I like to gamble a bit, how about you ????
You seem so certain about your facts let me make you the following wager....
I will bet you $1,000. that we do NOT have any M-305s in our warehouse that are not spoken for....
When would you like to verify our stock ?
Regards John

Thank you John. You saved me the trouble of posting a rebuttal.

All you naysayers should just be thankful that there is someone like John around to take care of us. I've had many dealing small and large with John and his company, and have never found him, or his staff, to be anything but fair, accommodating and honest. If you don't want to deal with Marstar, that's your perogative, and it leaves more for the rest. However, there is no room or reason for unsubstantiated lies.

marstar doesnt need to keep and hide any M14s to surprise us with later. they always sell them for the same price, and if they sold them today or next year they would sell out, so why hide them?

If the end of the M305 train has / or is close, then we should watch prices. They will surely rise. For the few months after the last marstar one has sold you will be able to find the odd one for sale still at a reasonable price. After that, they will rise as your only alternative is a SA at way more money.

if you watch the e&e, there seems to always be a few folks that are dissatisfied with them for one reason or another- or want to turn back for something else - but there may be another light at the end of the tunnel- something called norinco usa has/is surfacing and i want to watch for that as well

He might take you up on that, $1,000 to check out your warehouse until he's completely satisfied that there aren't any M14's there might be a lot of fun :D
