Hi, just got my RPAL/PAL. I was able to snag up a 380 ACP Browning 1911 and a Glock 48, both of which are perfect for my small hands.

I want to eventually get into 3gun. My local range officer kept on telling me that I would need something with longer barrel, at least 4.5"

He recommended that I check out the Walther PDP, HK SPF9, and the SIG P320 with the smaller modular handgrip.

Unfortunately there's no way to try or handle the firearms before I buy, given the current conditions. I am also planning to get one as soon as possible. So I'm gonna just pick up one of these based on my own research and internet recommendations alone and hope for the best.

So I want something slim and light, what addition should I make to the 1911 in 380 acp and the Glock 48?

Thanks so much!

Between the 3, I say go with P320 just because you always have the option to upgrade everything later on. Out of the box the PDP wins unless it is a P320x5 legion. PDP > SFP9, HK is more known for their hammer fired pistols anyways...

I agree with Kezh1729, out of the box Walther PDP is pretty smooth. If its the P320 X5 Legion then that is the one and I'm not bias because I own one it is mainly because the grip and feel is much nicer and also the trigger out of the box is amazing.
