Calling RCMP for transfers? Is it still a gong show?

Just wondering what the state of phone in transfers is like now-a-days? Are they still hanging up or leaving you on hold for hours? Or have things calmed down a bit and gone back to (semi)normal?

Not bad. I’ve got through within 10min each of the five times I called in the past few weeks. Called from both AB & SK.

Best to call at 9am.. Took me 30mins to get thru. The buyer called at 10am and waited only 10mins.

its been pure torture for me, wait 20-30m and get disconnected without any announcement. atleast on thursday i was being disconnected being told they were having technical difficulties

My transfer notification was emailed today approved. Didn't have to call, purchased from a retailer. Now its off to the retailer tomorrow for pick-up. About 4 weeks wait.
