CZ SP-01 rear sights

I have some confusion about rear sights for the SP-01 and the SP-01 Shadow. Most parts are interchangeable but some aren't. I'm looking to add Novak/Shadow style rear sights on a regular SP-01, is it the same cut as the Shadow edition?

Also, some places mention the need for the competition hammer to clear the rear sight, or the existing one to be modified but the regular and Shadow version look like they have the same hammer. What's the deal?

Wolverine sells a sight called the Defender for the regular SP01. That looks like a Novak style. The shadow has a flat part machined in the slide behind the sight. Were the SP01 just regular dovetail like the older CZ75.

Thank you for the info, that's very helpful. I did not have any luck finding that one at Wolverine. Is it discontinued?

It was couple years ago. Give them a email and ask.

Unfortunately they do not have them anymore. Hard to find anywhere else too. Ended up buying some from cz-parts. Wish me luck!
