Handguns - The coming week.

Arms East respond to us in a thread about how they process order from july without sending the transfert number directly. If you were charged on you credit card that mean the gun is secured to you on their side. We ordered guns from the same day and they already sent our transfert request to our respective CFO. Now it depend who long your province CFO will process his side of the transfert. I'll let you know when my CFO respond. I'm in poutineland (QC) and during the rush of may and june it took them aroud a month to reply. I also order a 19X from another shop in manitoba so I can compare the transfert time. In may I bought from Ontario, Alberta and Quebec shop and my CFO process them all the same day. Good luck.
 
If we already have a handgun order in with you, and we want to buy another, are we able to request in the order notes that they ship together so we don't have to pay shipping twice? Do we select in-store pickup? How would that work?

Our shipping charge is heavily subsidized or free and basically just covers the insurance. So a new purchase cant combine shipping. So no. Also we want to ship as soon as transfers are complete and not hold transferred items waiting for other transfers to come through.

Hello, sorry for this stupid question but when I placed my order, it never asked me for my PAL, date of birth, etc. it just took me straight to the check out.

I’m assuming the pal info is saved from when I created the account?

Hi, If you purchased another restricted from us we should have it, but you should be able to look at a ‘my account’ type section. Either way, any probs, we will reach out. Thanks and cheers.
