Alberta restricted transfer

Data point:
I initiated a private transfer by phone (AB to BC) on August 26th and it was approved Aug 31st. (601###x). Same day (Aug 26th I bought a restricted from CSC (AB to AB) and havent heard a thing. Transfer number (601###x), still awaiting approval.

Haven’t been able to get trough with the 9026 extension for the past week. Have a few from mid July that they did not want to approve when I got in mid August. Only did 2 from june.
 
I transfered a Restricted to a buddy. I started calling in October. Getting through to the CFC to initiate the transfer took several months. In May I finally received a call from the CFC and was given a Reference Number for the transfer, the clerk stating it was approved, but that I must wait for an email message that would provide the appropriate transfer and transport documents. The clerk said this email would arrive within a week. Four months now and still no email and can't get through to speak to a clerk.
 
Started calling this morning at 8:29am.

1st: Did not get past message
2nd: On hold for 8 minutes, auto hung up
3rd: Did not get past message
4th: On hold for 12 minutes, auto hung up
5th: On hold for about 11 minutes, got through.

Asked to have my transfers reviewed. Pleasant operator, said he would review 2. Gave him my 2 oldest transfer numbers. He approved, and emailed me. Also answered a couple of questions I had.

2 transfers approved were from July 26th/31st. 5977### 5981###
 
Purchased June 22 and received transfer confirmation email September 20. Almost exactly three months. (Which apparently is the standard now in Alberta.)
