on the Berger stability calculator you have marginal and good group section

the good group section will go from 1.00 to over 2.00

does this means that the higher the number in the good group section your bullet will group better
tight group accordingly or anything in this section is good for group

recently I tried different bullet in my 30-06 and the bullet that group below 1/2 at 100 yards was the one having 2.29 has compared to the other one that average 1.5 to 1.7

NO.

There are many things that affect accuracy, and stability is not really one of them, unless the bullet is not stable.

All other things being equal, the bigger the number, the worse the accuracy, although over-spinning does not have much short range effect on a good bullet.

At long range, the over-spun bullet is a gyro and as the arc turns to earth, the bullet keeps point up, so hits the airstream sideways. This makes the characteristic egg-shaped hole in the target.

I don't know for sure, but I don't think it's that simple. Bullet stability is important, but there are a lot of other factors involved too, such as powder charge, seat depth, bullet quality, etc.

I have noticed that the shorter the bullet is the higher the number
and the longer like those monolithic they are either in marginal or close

That's because the long slender bullets require a faster barrel twist to stabilize them properly.
They also usually have a higher ballistic coefficient than their shorter, less efficient counterparts.

I guess I will stick with bullet like the Sierra gameking. Nosler Partition. swift a frame

just ordered the new Hornady ECX, it is a flat base bullet with a small méplat build like the swift a frame
its a monolithic bullet. build according to Hornady for good stabilization and accuracy in different twist

I suggest you bone-up on barrel harmonics.
