Most protests accomplish non of their stated goals. Doesn't change the fact the Trucker convoy got a lot of people not traditionally political, into the game and actually participating in politics for once. I believe you can see this in the record turn out for the conservative party. I know people in my family who don't protest, don't vote and don't pay attention to politics in the slightest. Get involved by protesting, getting conservative memberships and voting all because they found common ground in what the convoy was for the most part about. Reinstating freedoms, rights, and ending Covid mandates.
I personally think this rifle is an interesting peace. And in many ways probably worth turning into a safe queen as a cool Canadian peace of history.

If I was wealthy I’d buy one for each of those truckers that showed the world who Justin Trudeau really is . Their movement went worldwide and it continues to move forward . They have my gratitude .

In a country of 30 million I would bet there are millions that agree with you and millions that don't.
Being able to express your opinion without fear of verbal attacks is freedom.
That sometimes is not shown by the very people professing to be fighting for freedom, many seem to take a dim view of alternate political opinions and quickly spiral into name calling and cancelling.
If you don't live in Ottawa, feel free to pound sand. The convoyers here acted like an occupying army. They assaulted residents, blockaded businesses and shut the city down for a 50 block radius of parliament.
Whatever you think of the cause, it didn't hurt sock boy, it hurt Ottawa's residents and put a lot of small business owners into bankruptcy. For this reason, I will go to my grave feeling the organizers deserve prison for how they behaved outside the parliamentary precinct.
It's a fact that literally everyone in Ottawa cheered when the police finally put an end to it.

You watch A LOT of television eh! I bet you're referring to the new Lib definition of verbal "assault." It was the PEACEFUL protesters who were assaulted by police and Ottawa residents alike.
We shut down the city because our lives were shut down. Many of us lost everything and are still suffering. If parliament was in another city we would have gone there so stop seeing it as a personal attack on you, and your ego. There are stories of stores and restaurants that thrived during the convoy because of the protesters. The ones that went bankrupt were likely complicit in enforcing unconstitutional restrictions on those who refused the gene therapy injections. And to that I say GOOD! Remember there are consequences for your choices.
The fact that you think the organizers deserve prison time is disgusting! Ms. Lich served more time than many criminals who committed actual crimes. Everyone you know may have cheered for that but there are millions of us who know that it is wrong!

You thought it was bad when 200,000 truckers felt threatened, how do you think Canada's 600,000 farmers feel right now. The truckers are going to look like angels compared to what happens next. Many families across the Prairies are already planning an extended vacation in Ottawa.
