Hi, there seems to be precious little 410 shells in any stores where or how are you finding shells?
Use so little bird hunting do not intent to get into reloading.
 
Sadly 410 stock dried up about a year ago and no relief in sight.
I picked up several flats of Remington target loads while it was still plentiful and wish now I had bought more.
Save your hulls as well as they too have become scarce.
 
Believe this or not but crappy tire has a fair amount of challenger in 410 here both 2 1/2 and 3". Check your crappy tire. Mine you 34.99 a box :( for 3" and 26.99 for 2 1/2
 
The 410 is a handloading proposition now days. I stocked up on all components years ago when prices were cheap and available now I can enjoy the savings on box of handloads . A bag of shot and a pound of powder goes a long way with a 410 and the fun factor that goes with it priceless. A flat of factory AA goes for over $200 if you can find them to much for my blood my handloads keep me in the game.

You know I did the same :)
There was years I was reloading 5000 410's over the winter on my 9000g for skeet so needed a lot of stash
Lets just say I still have a few of the metal cans of 296 not opened and NOT the 1 pounders but the 3 pounders if you remember those :)_
