Transfer times in BC

Called the 9530 ext 44 times today.
Set my phone to auto-dial all the BS menu options.
Sat on hold for 10 mins and finally got through.

Spoke to a Roxanne and she is a f'ing rockstar and approved a few transfers for me. Told me to call back Friday for the rest.

Lucky you. I called 10 times today bit was automatically hung up on each time after the autp reply said to call back later. Maybe they dont like me. Guesi will try this auto dial method tomorrow

42 of the 44 times I was hung up on. 1 time I was on hold for 6 mins and then hung up on. Then the final time I was on hold for 10 mins and then got through.
 
I called today. Was on hold for 40 minutes. Then message kep repeating that system failed to transfer the call to operator. Will try again tomorrow.

When I got notice I emailed the business just to be sure.
 
Sent an email to BC CFO 5 wks ago inquiring about approval for some HG transfers I was waiting on. Ended up getting through on phone and those transfers were completed about 2 wks later. Never did get reply to email. Since then I purchased a couple more HG’s few wks ago. Then yesterday get an email reply from CFO confirming those first ones were completed, and while they were checking they also approved my recent transfers from last few weeks. Well that was a Nice Surprise!!
 
I applied for transfer of a pistol I wanted to sell just a couple of weeks after the pistol freeze announcement. Confirmed that the application was ongoing. Now, Sept 21, no transfer yet.

Update for all you:

I just got off the phone with 'Roxanne the Rockstar'.

She approved 2 transfers over the phone and emailed the 'notice of transfer' to me while I was on hold with her.

1 transfer reference 60066XX (19/8/22 purchase date)
1 transfer reference 60265XX (2/9/22 purchase date)

I called 1800-731-4000 + ext 9530 40 times,

I was placed in que 8 times random throughout those 40 calls and got booted each of the 8 times,

31 times of the 40 calls I received the "too busy to take your call" message

40th call, I was on hold for less than 1 minute before Roxanne answered and helped me out.
