Update On Ontario Restricted Transfer Times

I have meant to post this for a while, but busy at work, home :)
I just want to say thank you all for providing this information on this thread and through PMs, and thank you for all the "thank you wolf". By the way my wolf passed away in 2018

This all started by me trying to figure out when I will get my transferes approved, and as time progressed I managed to get list of 2022 transfers quantity upto July 19 (2nd tab on chart).
Based on all information I have got, I think transfer number mappings to date is not 100% accurate, but it is 99% accurate. and even when wrong it is by a day most of the time on boundaries for end of the day.

Also rates of approvals took a while to figure out (50, no 100, no 200, back to 75 :) ), and it keeps changing as you can see in the chart. So all this is to say, hope this helps you all and I keep updating it between 3 threads that I am monitoring, if I do not use your data or do not acknowledge your message is nothing personal, simply there is so much data, I do get conflicting data and I may not use your data point if conflict with few others. I do appreciate all data you are providing, and same as all of you hope for better times ahead of us post JT.

My transfers were submitted in August, so I got plenty of time to wait, but I still check here daily hoping to see a 600*** number approved!!

For those that have not received notification that their transfer completed, but their gun arrived, or they were notified by the retailer, it may be because the CFO office has been having an issue with emails sent to Gmail.

I had this happen when requesting an ATT via email cause I couldn’t get through on the phones, and was told by the CFO that Google is randomly dropping emails from them. Not filtering it to spam, but completely keeping it out of your inbox. They had sent my ATT request back approved, but I didn’t get it and finally got through on the phone a week later.

I switched to using my iCloud email and haven’t had any issues since.
 
It appears that they are working within a “block” of numbers, probably divied up between employees.
I’m eagerly waiting for them to break the 590###x block and get into the 591 block.
Like a kid waiting for Christmas lol

I found for a period a couple of years ago that ATTs were taking 8+ hours from when they sent it to when I received it with Gmail. Everything I’ve received this year has been fine though, I received one ATT 13 minutes after I emailed Kerrie about it and received both my transfer notifications just fine.
