Update On Ontario Restricted Transfer Times

Any idea what the transfer time is like now? Having paid off my credit card I'm now doing the responsible thing and thinking about buying a new rifle with a short barrel.

Ontario now has maybe 5% of the former transfer volume with no known layoffs at the CFO and it still takes a week? That's way too long.

When ARs and pistols were still legal, Alberta could do a transfer in 24-48 hours lol

I received an email from the CFO telling me transfer number 60583** has been denied, that they received the transfer on October 26th and the cut off was Oct. 21st. However, if I have evidence that I had initiated the transfer prior to Oct 21st, they will review and may grant the transfer.

Proof I indeed have, and it has been sent. I'll let you guys know if I have the last transferable handgun in Canada. Standby.
