Small pistol primers

I consider the arrival of openly advertised stock to be a good thing. It might be a sign that supply is returning to normal which should eventually result in some return to reasonable pricing.

But yeah, at the current price I can hold out until next summer.

At $117.33 per 1000, it's the lowest store price for primers I have seen in 5 months.

For small pistol primers specifically, it's the only price I have seen in well over a year.

But that doesn't make it reasonable. Yes, I noted that the price was for a carton of 1500, but given that 3 years ago primers were $40/k I would consider $117/k to be at about 60% over anything I would consider reasonable today.

Note that the price is per 1500 count.

It worked out to $126/1000 to my door in AB.........nope I'll pass. Last Can Pros were $100/1000 a month ago.

There’s guys on the ee asking 350 to 400 bucks for a brick of primers
It’s insane what people want for them I am glad I stockpiled a bunch from before
I’m not paying these overinflated prices

SPM but got a brick from Sporteque about 2 weeks ago for $80 before tax. A store in Berta also had 5 sleeves of Win SPP for $7 a sleeve less than a month ago. I'm not going to spring at these Fiocchi prices.

From what I can see Americans are starting to see primers in stock again...

There's a seller on the EE right now asking $300.00 for 500 large rifle primers. They've been there since last February. I wonder why? I have 4000 LRP at home that I bought for $25.00/1000 a few years ago. Turns out it was a pretty good buy at the time.
